The most interesting element was that the fictional character “Esther” was written in such a way that it was unmistakably based heavily on Polish actress Weronika Rosati. The book, due to an injunction relief, and later the court’s judgment, was withdrawn from circulation.

Very intimate and sensitive family topics were included in the book. As a result of the successful lawsuit and the settlement, the sensitive chapters were removed from the book and the author sent our clients a letter of apology.
